Just today I ran into a desperate liberal. During school, like any other day, I was walking around before my class began. Just then I see a teacher wearing a Kerry/Edwards pen on her shirt.
Now lets back up here....
The town I live in is 75% Republican.
This is a High School.
Back to where I was....
Now this lady, a teacher, was boasting this Kerry/Edwards pen on her shirt....why? So she can spread the "good word" of liberalism to her fellow teachers? No. Almost all teachers are liberals already. Why would a teacher be promoting a candidate in a high school when almost no student in the school can vote? The answer is quite simple. This teacher is trying to warp kids minds, the time where they are developing their personalities and finding themselves the most, and warping them with her liberal bullshit. Why a teacher should be able to promote any candidate is my question! How unfair is that for the students? What if that kid admires that teacher? Should a person be influenced on how to think (liberal or conservative) because his favorite teacher thinks that way? A student should be able to develop his/her OWN opinion without outside influence, expecially from a role model like a teacher.
But liberalism still tries to prevail in the High School I belong too. Right in my seminar it took place. On the announcements a Bruce Springsteen song began to play. A student in my seminar began preaching Springsteen and how he was part of Moveon.org's "Change for Tour". Right then I ripped apart Bruce Springsteen and Moveon.org concluding, all it is, is liberal bullshit. The teacher yelled at me for swearing, which she had a right to. But then goes on and says I should stop with the politics. Stop with the politics?! The other kid who is preaching a liberal/socialist event is allowed to speak but I'm not too? Funny how liberals work.
